Nur etwa 1:30h von Achill entfernt ist Knock Airport der Achill Island am nächstgelegene, größere Flughafen. Von dort starten reguläre Flüge nach Dublin, in die USA, sowie nach London und den Rest von Großbritannien. Außerdem diverse Charterflüge nach Bulgarien, Österreich, Kroatien, Zypern, Griechenland, Spanien inkl. Lanzarote und Fuerteventura.
